
AFTERCARE
After receiving deep healing and Entity Release Session, whether it be a conscious session or under hypnosis you may wonder how you are going to feel following the session. Knowing what to expect and how you may feel, can help you process the session. I will be there to support in the days following your session for up to 14 days, if required.
You have had alongside your healing, psychic energetic surgery and negative energy removed. For people who have had a large entity removed there may be some after effects experienced. The body has to reboot, recalibrate from the changes in energy that have taken place, and the energetic system is directly linked to our emotions. For some people this may be the first time they have ever experienced being sovereign in their lives. Please rest for at least 24 hrs preferably 48 hrs after the session and stay hydrated.
Over the coming few days some people may experience the following.
Feeling very emotional and teary, this is because the body has released what was preventing you from truly ‘feeling’ and now trapped emotions can be released, these may be emotions that have been stored in the body for a very long time. This is positive thing, these emotions need to be released in order for deep healing to begin. Role with it and allow the process, rest and stay hydrated, note how you feel and allow yourself to feel the emotion, cry, scream, shout or sleep and then it will pass. As different layers of emotion arise this may take a few hours or days, rarely longer.
Feeling lost or empty, some people have lived with the negative entity for so long that it has literally become part of who they are, so when it is removed it can take a while to adjust to just being you again, discovering who you truly are without it. You will soon adjust and find that the way you react to situations may now change in a very positive way, less anger, less triggered, less tired and the more you embrace the light, the more positive you will become and this in turn will begin to change your life dramatically for the better. Improved relationships, clarity of mind, the ability to walk away from situations and people who do not serve your highest good.
There may be dull physical pain around the area the energy was removed as the body re-adjusts the having the energy returned to its energy centres and areas where a negative energy was removed from. The body will begin to react in a very positive way to this return of energy as it can use this to heal and become healthy once more.
Headaches, because the third eye is now fully able to open and the energy returned, because its energy is no longer being syphoned off by an entity and so you may get a headache as the pressure of the energy builds in that area.
Be very aware of what you are now putting into your body in terms of a healthy organic natural diet, and consume as much as possible, only food that is of our planet, in other words not processed, lab or genetically modified food, organic where possible so it has not been treated with pesticides and harmful chemicals. Clean fluoride and heavy metal free water, so use a filter.
The are things you can do to support your own psyche as you move forward from the session. The power of positive thought is huge, always counter act every negative thought or action with 2 positive ones.
If you have a tendency to suffer from depression then there are ways to create a positive anchor to be used at any point you begin to feel low. What does this mean, it means think of the most positive thought or time in your life that actually makes you feel incredibly happy, joyful, and smile just thinking about it, it could be the thought of a loved one or pet, a time in your life when you were truly happy, a piece of music it could be anything, we then create an anchor by using your thumb and fore finger and press them together EVERY time you think of that thought. Do this on a regular basis and over time this creates neural pathways in the mind, that programmes the brain that whenever you press your thumb and fore finger together, it immediately makes you feel the way the positive thought did when you thought about that beautiful happy positive thing. You can then build on those positive feelings. This can change the flow of negative thought as we fire off that anchor and can allow you to take charge of your own thoughts.
